At Quality Education Academy Elementary School, friendly personnel and attractive hallways invite children into a nurturing and challenging environment. It is evident that children are valued for their accomplishments as shown by the classroom and hallway displays. Academic pep rallies recognize individual and group achievements. A sense of family is fostered throughout the school.

The entire staff occupies an important position of leadership as role models, displaying the behavior and character traits students are expected to adopt. Students are actively involved in learning with the support of teachers, assistants, volunteers, and parents.
